The activists of Maharashtra Ekikaran Samiti (MES) staged demonstration here on Wednesday demanding that voters' list be made available in Marathi.
They said that they should get voters' list in Marathi as per law. The list has been published in Kannada and Marathi voters, not well-conversant with the language, were finding it difficult to find their names in the electoral roll. They said that they were unable to check whether names were missing in the electoral roll and this could affect voting.
