The state government has launched a  mobile application based statewide survey to facilitate the process of farmer's crop compensation.

With this application, farmers can register their data pertaining to crop losses. The survey will help expedite procedures related to compensating crop losses occurring due to natural calamities and unfavorable climate.

There are a total of 9,91,895 agricultural plots in the district and village accountants are assigned the job of doing the survey. But, as the survey has to be completed by the deadline, the app has been introduced.

Farmer's Crop Survey mobile phone application can be downloaded from Google Play Store, in the Windows and Android phones. After installing the application, the farmers must enter their name, mobile phone number and Aadhar number to obtain the OTP.

They should later select the year, monsoon and fill all the related information. This way, all related data will be processed by the concerned authority, making the compensation process faster.
