Modi rally in Mysuru rescheduled for Tuesday

Former deputy chief minister R Ashoka said the public meeting of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Chitradurga and Mysuru has been rescheduled from Monday to Tuesday.

Addressing a media conference, here, on Friday, he said, as the release of the BJP election manifesto will be held in New Delhi on Monday, the rallies in Chitradurga and Mysuru have been postponed by a day.

He said, Modi will also tour Mangaluru and Bengaluru on April 13 and Chikkodi and Gangavathi on April 18. “A date has been sought for Shivamogga also in between. So, he may also visit Shivamogga. Besides, BJP president Amit Shah will take part in five events from April 10 and leaders like Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Home Minister Rajnath Singh and Textiles Minister Smirthi Irani will visit the state for campaigning for the party candidates,” he said.
