Addressing a press meet, Vedike President Shobhendra Sasihithlu said the forum will urge the government to implement developmental scheme for fishermen and also to take measures to control water pollution from the industries. Government will also be urged to set up ‘Masthya bhavana’. The forum will be inaugurated by social worker Pundalika Karkera. DK Mogaveera Mahajana Sangha President Pramod Madhwaraj will preside.
