Mother, son end lives by hanging to death in Belagavi

A mother and her teen son reportedly ended their lives by hanging themselves to death at Halaga village in Belagavi taluk on Thursday.

Police identified the deceased as Bharati Suresh Gharani (35) and her son Prajwal (15).

They were found hanging at the bakery where they were working. The reason for the extreme step was not known.

Hirebagewadi police have registered a case.
