The State government on Friday appointed former minister C S Nadagouda as the Special Representative of the State in New Delhi.

But the government has not taken the decision on whether to confer him with the Cabinet rank or minister of state rank. He is a six-time MLA from Muddebihal. Earlier, the name of C M Ibrahim, a close associate of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, was making rounds for the same post.
