A Committee set up by the Union Home Ministry headed by M P Bezbaruah, retired IAS officer, will be visiting Bangalore from June 13 to June 15 to study the problems faced by the people from Northeast. A meeting has been convened on June 14 at 10 am at the Vidhana Soudha to discuss the issues pertaining to people from the Northeast living in the City.
Students and people belonging to the Northeast of India, residing in Bangalore and other cities of Karnataka, have been invited to attend the meeting and interact with the Committee members.
