"We are going in for comprehensive reorganisation of passport offices. We are enlarging passport offices by adding passport seva kendras wherever it's feasible," Krishna told reporters here.
Most passport offices are "in a state of confusion", he said, adding, the government wants to carry out reforms vis-a-vis passport offices.
In Karnataka, passport seva kendras would be opened in Hubli, Gulbarga and Mangalore and they are expected to be operational by December 15, Krishna said.
