Prakash Rai to inaugurate 'Karavalli Utsava - 2017' says minister

Multilingual actor Prakash Rai will inaugurate the 'Karavalli Utsava 2017' in Mangaluru on December 22 according to Uttara Kannada district in-charge Minister Ramanath Rai.    

The celebration will last till December 31.    

Speaking to the media at the deputy commissioner's office here on Wednesday, that as part of the celebrations various cultural events will be held at the Utsava grounds and Kadri park for 10 days.    

On December 29 and 31, a 'Beach Utsava' had been organised on the Panambur beach the minister announced.
