Dr Rajashekhar, a resident of Thanisandra, had forwarded a letter to Judge N K Sudhindra Rao who received it by post when the court proceedings were in progress.
The letter has not named any person responsible for the “irregularities”. It merely states the allegations, the judge said, quoting the letter. The judge ordered that a notice be issued to Rajashekhar, directing him to appear before the court in person on November 19, 2011, and lodge a complaint.
