The protest march will begin at 10.30 am near Freedom Park on Seshadri Road. Hundreds of Congress workers, besides party leaders, will take part of in the march.
The leaders will later submit a memorandum to Governor H R Bhardwaj at Raj Bhavan, seeking an appropriate action against the Government.
