Speaking after performing the ground breaking ceremony for the construction of the bus shelter on KGF Road, he said Rs five crore had been granted from the Chief Minister’s funds for the town. Of which, Rs one crore will be used for providing drinking water facilities, Rs 15 lakh for laying pipelines, Rs 35 lakh for construction of toilets and the remaining funds will be used for developing roads.
Town Municipal Council member Tejuramana, former member Afzal, TMC Chief Executive Officer Nagaraj, Junior Engineer Gangadhar, Health Officer Thayaluru Nagaraj, TP former president M Venkataravanappa, former VP N venkateshgowda, TP member Nangali Amarnath, Manchiganahalli Chandregowda, Mechanic Srinavas and others were present.
