Additional Advocate General K M Nataraj said the staff will be provided an opportunity to file objections and a fresh order will be issued within two weeks after hearing the candidates.

However, the government stuck to its stance that it would not withdraw or reconsider the relieving orders.

Justice Ram Mohan Reddy directed the government to treat the final selection list as provisional and give an opportunity to the candidates who have not been selected to file objections.

The State Government on August 26, 2010 issued an order relieving over 300 non-teaching staff of Mysore and Hassan Medical College from their services citing irregularities during the appointment process.  Vedavathi and others have challenged the order.
