The vouchers, mandatory for registering and scheduling for the entrance examination, cost Rs 1,600 for general merit candidates, Rs 200 more than last year’s fee. For SC/ST candidates, the vouchers are priced at Rs 800, up by Rs 100.

To obtain a voucher, candidates are required to fill a pay-in slip at the concerned branch. Two copies of the pay-in slip are  generated, one is retained by the bank and the other is stamped and given back to the candidate. Applicants have to keep the latter with them for the entire selection process. Candidate’s name on the slip should match with that  on their school leaving certificates.

The voucher numbers are hidden under the scratch-off area of the voucher. Candidates are required to use a coin to scratch off gently so the voucher number does not become illegible. The sale will go on till September 26, 2011.
