He was speaking after distributing cheques of Dr B R Ambedkar Development Corporation under the small loan schemes to the members of Arundhati Self Help Group (SHG) here on Sunday.
Women can help curtail corruption and injustice by taking over the reins of administration and managing the helms of affairs of the SHGs by themselves. They can become role models for the others to follow in their footsteps, he said.
The MLA said the members can make use of the various schemes introduced by Dr B R Ambedkar Development Corporation for their economic and social development. Aid will be disbursed to the eligible beneficiaries by the Corporation as early as possible, he added.
