Energy Minister D K Shivakumar has joined a long list of persons falling sick during the ongoing winter session of the legislature.
Down with a stomach upset and some vomiting, Shivakumar was administered treatment at his chamber in Suvarna Soudha by doctors on duty at the Legislative Council. It is learnt MLC Motamma is also suffering from a stomach upset.
Many legislators, secretariat officials, police personnel and media persons have fallen sick at the Suvarna Soudha. Some have been hospitalised as well.
