Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Assembly Siddaramaiah, has demanded the State government present a white paper on its spending during the previous year.
Addressing a gathering during the National Youth Day celebrations, Siddaramaiah said there was no clarity on the amount spent by the BJP government and said that it should present a white paper on the previous budget during the upcoming Legislature session.
Reacting to Siddaramaiah’s comments, Sadananda Gowda told reporters at the Mangalore airport: “The Congress need not worry about this because it is the BJP that is in power and not Congress.”
