Addressing reporters, he said all offices related to the Sericulture department and boards and corporations will be housed at the proposed Bhavan.
By constructing the Bhavan the Sericulture Department will be able to save nearly Rs 70 lakh per year - which is now being paid towards rent, the minister said.
