The Special Investigation Team (SIT), constituted to enquire into corruption within Lokayukta office, had the names of its constituent officers cleared by the State government on Tuesday.
Sources said the government has cleared the list of officers chosen by the SIT chief Additional Director General of Police Kamal Pant, including: Deputy Inspector General of Police Soumendhu Mukherjee, Superintendent of Police Labhu Ram were cleared along with 12 other officials.
