The arrested are identified as Prabhakara, Yogish (both are clerks), Raghunath, Santhosh, Keshava Pai and Nagaraj (agents).
Based on a complaint, cops led by Udupi Lokayukta Superintendent of Police Jagadeshamayi conducted a surprise raid and confiscated Rs 67,650 from the accused.
Speaking to media persons, Jagadeshamayi said that a thorough investigation will be conducted and higher ups in the RTO Office will be arrested if found guilty.
