Six killed in lorry accident

The accident occurred when the driver lost cntrol of the lorry and jumped out of the cabin. The speeding vehicle rammed into petty shops and autorickshaws leaving three people dead inside the auto. The other two pedestrians were also crushed.

The deceased have been identified as Sitaram Rathod (50), Jayashree Rathod (30) Mahadevi Rathod (31), Ratnabai (36) and a two-year-old child, son of Raju Rathod. The identity of the person who died on the way to the hospital is yet to be ascertained.

 The two persons seriously injured in the accident have been admitted at BLDE Medical College Hospital.
