The gang had been nursing enmity for long with the other group. On February 23, 2009, these six attacked Nagaraj and Kurahatti Seena with lethal weapons, seriously injuring them. They had later succumbed to injuries in a hospital.The case was probed by the Crime Investigation Department.The Court also ordered the accused to pay a fine of Rs 15,000 each
