The students studying in G G Venu High School will be the beneficiaries. Apart from local students, as many as 300 students from Nambihalli, Mastenahalli and Dalasanur villages studying in Government High Schools will also be given meals, for three times a day.
Shri Venu Vidyapeetha has made special arrangements for the rural students who will be appearing for their SSLC examinations at the G G Venu High School Centre.
Honorary President of Shri Venu Vidyapeetha G Govindegowda is in charge of all the arrangements.
Apart from boarding and lodging facilities, UPS has been provided for toiling students so that their studies did not get hindered due to continuous power shutdowns, teacher Narayanswamy told Deccan Herald.
Several parents have expressed their appreciation to the initiative taken by Shri Venu Vidyapeetha for the benefit of the rural students.
