A second PUC student of a private college committed suicide by jumping off from the fifth floor of the college here on Thursday.
Rachana (18) was the daughter of Manjunath, a teacher in Chitradurga.
According to the available information, Rachana came to the library as usual and from there, she went to the fifth floor and jumped to end her life.
It is said that she was suffering from blood cancer and was worried about it and as a result, she had scored fewer marks in practicals. Moodbidri police have registered a case and further investigations are on.
