Sunil Kumar, a businessman from Bangalore wanted to buy 10 acres of land near Narasapur. When he asked Prasad, Assistant Director of Survey Department to survey the land and give the sketch, he demanded Rs 1.40 lakh per acre.
Sunil Kumar immediately lodged a complaint against Prasad. Acting on the complaint, Lokayukta caught Prasad while receiving Rs 50,000 as advance from Sunil Kumar.
