Speaking to press persons here on Tuesday, he said the layout lacks water, electricity and even drainage facility. These problems will soon be addresed.
He further said that the Authority did not had chairman till now and it was ruled by officials. Hence, the development of the layout was lagging behind. However, will take up the work soon, he added.
Action against violators
Action will be taken against builders who violated before developing layouts and officers who gave permit to it.
Development Commissioner Ramesh, Assistant Director Meenakshi, City Planning Officer Shobha and Manager Gopal accompanied him in his visit to the layout.
