Daksh K Telang (BNM) and Ruthu Rohit (HTTA) have won the Sir M Visvesvaraya memorial state ranking table tennis tournament organised by Parents Table Tennis Academy, Mysore and FRIG, CFTRI, here on Thursday.
Telang beat Krishna Ranganath (CCA) 6-11,11-8,11-9,11-7, in the cadet boys finals, while Ruthu Rohit (HTTA) Bt Aditi N Nandi (BNM)14-12,5-11,11-8,11-8,11-9 in the cadet girls finals. In the semi finals Daksh K Telang beat Samarth Kuridiker (DWD) 11-7,8-11,11-9,11-6 and Krishna Ranganath beat Preetham N (OTT) 11-4,12-10,14-12.
In the girls semi finals Ruth Rohit beat Ayesha Siddiqua (HOR) 5-11,3-11,11-5,11-6,11-6, while Aditi N Nandi beat Kiran Sanjeeva (OMTTA) 10-12,11-5,11-7,11-9.
