Thieves decamp with money from Siddapura temple hundi

Thieves have broken the offerings box at Chamundeshwari temple at Balanjikare in Arekadu village of Siddapura.

Thieves gained entry into Chamundeshwari temple at Balanjikare in Arekadu of Siddapura and stole nearly Rs 20,000 money from the offerings box. 

The incident took place on Wednesday night. Before the act the accused covered the CCTV camera with cloth. A case is registered at Siddapura police station as per the complaint by temple committee chairman Ravikumar.
