According to a press release issued by the Southern Railways, Train No.16515 Yesvantpur – Mangalore Express which leaves Yesvantpur on November 14 will be extended to Karwar and Train No.16516, which is now leaving from Mangalore Central will leave from Karwar from November 15.
However, these trains will not come to Mangalore Central and will touch Mangalore Junction (Kankanadi) only, the release added.
These trains will stop at Udupi, Mookambika Road, Bhatkal and Kumta over the extended portion between Mangalore Junction and Karwar stations.
