Man pours black oil on judge's car in Kerala

The accused said he did this to protest the delay to a case of a missing girl who went missing in 2018

Protesting the undue delay in tracing a girl missing since 2018, a person poured black oil on the car of a Kerala High Court judge V Shircy on Wednesday.

The accused, identified as Kottayam native Raghunathan Nair, reportedly told the police that he did this to bring to the judge's attention the case of a missing girl, which was dragging for nearly three years.

Jesna Maria James, a 22-year-old girl from Pathanamthitta district, was reported missing in March 2018. The police probe remains inconclusive.
