The ECI began by saying that the application is related to a 'minor modification' and the documents were sent 'as it is', sealed.

Speaking about the bond numbers, CJI asked who is appearing for SBI and said that the bond numbers are to be disclosed by the bank itself.
"All details have to be published by the State Bank of India", he said.
"Anyway, SBI was not a party to the judgment. Notice may be issued to the SBI", says CJI.
The bench directed the Registrar Judicial to ensure that the data filed by the ECI is scanned and digitised by 5 pm tomorrow and the original copy is returned to the ECI after that. ECI should also get the scanned copy of the document and publish the data on its website right after.
While dictating the previous order that directed SBI to furnish all electoral bond details, CJI notes that the bank is yet to disclose the unique alpha numeric number that reveals where the contributions go to.
The secretary general submitted that a notice should be issued to the bank.
The apex court issued notice to SBI demanding disclosure of all bond numbers.
