Makkal Needhi Maiam cadres protested against the fuel price hike on July 10. The protestors raised placards against the Centre. According to a protestor, “We are on the roads asking the government to reduce the fuel prices. We have asked for a reduction in the prices but we are not being heard. We will be protesting on the streets.”
