Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday said people should support the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) for making Andra Pradesh a vibrant state.

“Modi failed to protect the interests of farmers. Modi has succeeded in creating differences between communities and people,” the AAP chief said while interacting with the North Indian community in Vijayawada.

He said due to demonetisation and GST the business community have suffered a lot.

The Delhi CM appealed to the people to support the TDP both in the Assembly and Lok Sabha elections to make Andhra Pradesh play a key role in national politics. Stating that the coming elections are important both for AP and India, he said only Chandrababu Naidu can develop AP as a model and vibrant state.

Speaking at a public meeting along with Kejriwal, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu said Modi has been misusing power and destroying democratic institutions. “Kejriwal and I are suffering a lot with the attitude of Modi,” he said.

He said Modi has been killing leadership in all sectors and the country is in stress and there is no freedom for Press.

He said the Election Commission reacted immediately and transferred DGP and two SPs after the complaint filed by YSR Congress without checking facts. He said the Modi government has been resorting to raids if anyone questions the central government. ”Modi, KCR and Jagan are hatching a conspiracy to prevent the development of AP,” he said.

He said the federal system got collapsed during Modi rule. He said that Jagan has been trying to mortgage AP.
