“All NDA MPs will march to Rashtrapati Bhavan from the Raisina Hills to hand over a memorandum to the President,” Sushma Swaraj, BJP deputy Leader in the Lok Sabha, told reporters on Monday. Leader of the Opposition L K Advani would lead the delegation.
The President’s attention would be drawn to some “contentious issues like the India-Pak joint statement, the end use agreement with the United States, the G8 resolution on enrichment technology and the agreement on climate change, ” she said.
Sushma said the NDA wanted to hand over the memorandum to the President before the discussion in Parliament on the India-Pak joint statement on July 29.
