The Rajya Sabha last week passed the Bill giving one-third representation to women in the Lok Sabha and state legislatures. SP chief Mulayam Singh Yadav has said he, along with RJD president Lalu Prasad and JD(U) chief Sharad Yadav, would wage a battle against the Bill.
