'Om Shanti Om' actor Nitesh Pandey dies at 51 of cardiac arrest

Pandey's death was confirmed by his brother-in-law Siddharth Nagar

Actor Nitesh Pandey of Anupamaa fame passed away in Mumbai following a massive heart attack.

He was 51.

He is survived by wife and son.

Pandey died of a heart attack in Igatpuri in the Nashik district.

He was first seen in the TV show Tejas back in 1995.

He has appeared in shows like Manzilen Apni Apni, Saaya, Astitva Ek Prem Kahani, Justajoo, and Durgesh Nandini.

Among the films in which he played roles include Badhaai Do, Om Shanti Om and Khosla Ka Ghosla, among others.

Actor-producer Deven Bhojani said: “This can’t be true but it is. Friend, colleague and a talented actor Nitesh Pandey died of cardiac arrest at 2am today in Igatpuri. Rest in peace Nitesh".
