Soon after addressing an election meeting at Motipur in Muzaffarpur district, Paswan, accompanied by Singh and a journalist from Patna, boarded the chopper flown by two pilots. The pilots reported a technical problem in the chopper shortly after take off and landed in emergency condition on the same ground from where it took off, sources said. The helicopter landed safely, they said.
Both Paswan and Singh then left by road to address another election meeting.
