Shah was taken into custody from Chopra nursing home of government medical college Jammu on Friday, officials said on Saturday. Shah was undergoing treatment for kidney and skin ailments there, they said.
This is the fourth detention of the separatist leader in the past one year. He was earlier released on August 20 after his detention under PSA was quashed by the state High Court.
