“I have filed a private criminal complaint in Tees Hazari court for making Raja the prime accused,” Swamy told reporters in New Delhi.
Swamy said he received a letter from the CBI on Tuesday saying they had registered complaints against unknown people in the 2G spectrum scam while investigations were still on against Raja.
