Hyderabad: Union Minister G Kishan Reddy strongly objected to Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy over his remarks on Operation Sindoor and the ceasefire. He said Rahul Gandhi and Revanth Reddy have been insulting India's armed forces.
Talking to reporters on Friday, Kishan Reddy said that Operation Sindoor, launched under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, destroyed 9 terror camps in Pakistan within 23 minutes, confirmed by Pakistan's Prime Minister and army.
India showcased the strike globally with video proof, suspended the Indus Waters Treaty, halted trade, and diplomatically cornered Pakistan.
“While the nation stood united, Rahul Gandhi and Revanth Reddy spread falsehoods and questioned our armed forces’ success. Instead of saluting soldiers, they asked how many Rafales were shot down—undermining morale and exposing their ignorance. Revanth copies Rahul’s lines from Delhi, turning national security into a political mockery. Congress’s petty politics risks India’s diplomatic gains and national interests,” he said.
Kishan Reddy also said that Revanth waited three days to meet Rahul Gandhi, only to return and attack Tiranga rallies and our forces. Claims like Rahul would have captured PoK are funny—Congress had the chance post-1971 and still failed.

“From Surgical Strikes to Air Strikes to Operation Sindoor, Modi has shown firm resolve unlike any Congress regime. Under UPA, terror went unchecked; under Modi, the army was empowered to retaliate. We don’t ask for applause—just stop crying about India's victories. Even Pakistan didn’t allege Rafale losses, but Rahul keeps spreading lies to create confusion. Congress is collapsing electorally, losing state after state due to its negative narrative. Pakistan has been reduced to a global beggar due to 10 years of Modi’s tough stance,” he added.

The union minister said that Rahul Gandhi, his brother-in-law Robert Vadra, and Revanth Reddy have been insulting our armed forces and belittling their bravery.
