The incident occurred near Aitbara village yesterday when the van in which the seven engineers were travelling rammed into the stationary tractor trolley killing Abhiraj Singh on the spot, police said.
The injured including Bhramdev Dwiwedi, Sandeep Singh, Satyendra Singh, Vipin Kumar, Akash Kumar and Vikas were admitted to a private hospital, police said.
Of the six injured, Bhramdev and Satyendra succumbed to injuries last evening, they said.
The mishap occurred when engineers were returning from a marriage function.
