J&K DGP Dilbag Singh on December 1 gave his statement on Pulwama Encounter. While speaking to ANI, He said, “Two such terrorists have been killed in the encounter, who were active for a long time. Successful operations have been carried out against TRF in Srinagar and its adjoining areas during the last one month.”
