A woman, her sister and brother-in-law were arrested at Kurunjinagar area here for murdering her pharmacist husband after a heated argument, police said.
They said the woman had filed a complaint with police that burglars had decamped with six sovereigns gold from her house after stoning her husband to death.
On questioning, she revealed that the three of them had suffocated her husband to death and hit him with stones after a domestic quarrel and also property dispute.
The man had also suspected his wife's fidelity, they said.
