'Will teach lesson for ousting Sasi'

 Expressing hope that the Tamil Nadu governor will good decision on 19 MLAs withdrawing support to the Edappadi K Palaniswami'g government, the "ousted" AIADMK leader TTV Dhinakaran on Saturday said that "befitting lesson" will be taught to those who wanted the removal of VK Sasikala from the party.
 
"The 19 MLAs, who are supporting me, were sitting at a resort in Puducherry. They will soon teach befitting lesson to those seek Sasikala's removal from the AIADMK. I hope that the governor would take a good decision on the letter given by 19 legislators", he said.
 
Soon after the merger between chief minister Edappadi K Palaniswami faction and rebel leader O Panneerselvam group, the AIADMK announced that it would convene its party general council meeting to pass a resolution for the removal of Sasikala from the party.
 
Reacting to Assembly Speaker P Dhanapal's action to serve notice to 19 MLAs invoking the anti-defection law, Dhinakaran said that his faction is not afraid of such "threats". "No body can threaten us. The only God could do that", he added.
 
Meanwhile, Dhinakaran's supporter and legislator Thangatamiselvan, who is among the 19 MLAs staying in the resort, said if the governor fails to take action for the removal of the chief minister, his group will approach President of India with regard to the issue.
