Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut water
2 ripe bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
1 cup of pineapple, chopped
1 cup of mango, chopped
2 cups of spinach
1/2 an avocado, sliced
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
Makes 3 glasses
Procedure
Blend together all ingredients for 3 to 5 minutes until completely smooth. Add more coconut water if the smoothie is too thick.
