The triangular series game between India and Sri Lanka was a tie on more than one count.
Both the teams finished their quota of 50 overs with their scores reading 236 for nine, making it the first tie in an India-Sri Lanka ODI.
The teams also hit the same number of fours (15) and sixes (2) and, hold your breath, conceded the same number of extras (8) as well!
In terms of maiden overs too, there was little to separate the teams, with India and Sri Lanka bowling two each in their quota of 50. A tie in every sense of the word!
