Prakhar Chaturvedi slammed a century as Bangalore United Cricket Club (A) scored an exciting 13-run win over Jawans CC to enter the Tiger Cup under-12 final at the Global Academy of Technology ground on Saturday.
BUCC will meet Citizen Cultural Association in the final. CCA were given a walk over by Coles CC.
Batting first, BUCC made 252 for two in 30 overs with Prakhar scoring a 90-ball 127 and Samit Dravid cracking an unbeaten 68 (50 balls). The duo raised 150 runs for the second wicket.
In reply, Jawans made 239 for five. Shivam's fighting 102 (60 balls) went in vain. Shivam and Arnav (26) were involved in a 96-run partnership for the third wicket.
