Rashid Khan: I don't put pressure on myself that I have to create an impact. I just keep myself calm and composed and focus on what I can do. I just go out there and do the basics right and enjoy the game. I bowled quicker today, when I started and bowled my first ball, I realized it. You need two three balls to know what the right pace is. In these conditions you need to bowl back of a length to the batsmen. Warner always backs me and tells me that you know what's best for the team. Only when things aren't going my way I go and ask the captain what to do. That's what we discuss on the field. Tough one and a half years for me, first my dad expired and it took a bit of time for me to come back. My mom was my biggest fan, especially in the IPL and when I was the MoM, she would always talk to me through the night.

David Warner : We lost the toss tonight and won the game, so feels good. Unfortunately Mitch Marsh was injured and we had to figure out how to get overs in but young Abhishek Sharma came in. We have been working really hard in our training with the death bowling, and today they were fantastic because they can be called up at any stage. We need a bit of luck with the bat, around ten of them found the fielders. But in this heat, running does take a toll. I did hit some good shots, and I told the analyst that it only found the fielders.
Shreyas Iyer: We were pretty much happy with 162, it was a par score on this wicket. We had no idea how this wicket would behave as this is our first game here. They outplayed us in all three departments and credit to them for that. It was surprising and in the second innings, it (pitch) was two-paced. When I went into bat, the ball wasn't coming onto the bat. We thought dew would come on but we can't give any reasons at this moment. We didn't execute the way we wanted to. Lot of learnings from this wicket and conditions. Ricky went in(during the time-out) and we needed one batsman to take a chance as the required rate was pretty high. The ground is very big and we didn't capitalize on taking doubles. We knew boundaries are big here and doubles will be key for us, It didn't work out for us, hopefully next time we can maximize the opportunities.

Impact player for SRH
Bhuvneshwar Kumar: The Indian speedster has 133 IPL wickets to his name with best bowling figures of 5/19. He is still capable of getting early wickets and keeping the batsmen quiet in the end overs. Bhuvi, however, needs to rediscover his touch after a long lay off.
SRH Threats: SRH have to win to avert a possible slump. Too many losses up front will likely hold them back from pushing for the play-offs.
SRH Opportunities: Manish Pandey is at no. 3 where he feels comfortable and his scores have started adding up. He has got 34 and 51 in the two innings so far but needs to kick things up a notch. Kane Williamson needs to play for this line-up to evolve.
SRH Weaknesses: The Warner-Bairstow opening partnership hasn’t got going. They did the bulk of the scoring last season and will need to again. The weak middle-order batting remains.
SRH Strengths: SRH have a number of spin options like Rashid Khan and Mohammed Nabi who bring immense T20 experience. They have Shahbaz Nadeem and a number of others waiting on the sidelines. They might yet make a strong impact in the forthcoming matches

Kagiso Rabada: The South African pacer has 36 IPL wickets to his name in just 20 matches. He is difficult to get away in the death overs and can bowl at any stage of the innings.
DC Threats: Ishant Sharma may be out for multiple matches. Mohit Sharma and Avesh Khan have not been very impressive so far. The duo or the back-ups pacers need to step up for Delhi to reach the next level.
DC Opportunities: With R Ashwin sidelined for some matches at least, Amit Mishra should get an extended run. He has an impressive IPL record and should be able to continue that form. Off-spinner Lalith Yadav is another option.
DC Weaknesses: Shikhar Dhawan has been a consistent scorer in the IPL over the years. In the first two matches, he was not able to get going. His form is important for DC if they want to go all the way. Luckily, DC have reinforcements like Anjikya Rahane who they can bring in.
DC Strengths: A good mix of left- and right-hand batsmen. This gives the captain flexibility to shuffle the batting order as needed to shake up the opposition.
