Yee, who made her debut appearance in the ladies final, outclassed Parashis 57-22, 50-55, 52-44, 63-42, 83-20, 65-34 in the best of nine frames battle.
Parashis, who was looking for her maiden world snooker title, failed to show the depth and aggression she displayed all through her journey to the final and was treated to some exquisite snooker by her opponent.
The Australian Open Snooker Champion Parashis showed sparks of a comeback but her every effort proved futile compared to Yee’s impecaable potting and fine quality of safety play.

Yesterday, in the Masters’ category final championship favourite and former main tour player Darren Morgan of Wales embarassed reigning champion New Zealand’s Dene O’Kane in a one-sided contest.

Morgan, rode high on his famous long distance potting, to hand over a crushing 6-0 defeat to the four-time champion in the best of 11 frames contest.
Morgan defeated O’Kane 77-38, 65-53, 83-36, 68-57, 66-30, 58-14.
