The ICC top brass, including President David Morgan and CEO Haroon Lorgat, met representatives from the cricket Boards in India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh at Lord’s and decided to defer the decision till Morgan meets ICC Vice President Sharad Pawar and PCB Chairman Ijaz Butt here on June 19.

“The PCB agreed that any legal proceedings already launched against the ICC would remain on hold pending further discussions,” the ICC said in a statement. PCB had approached the court after their share of the matches were shifted out of the country. “We had constructive discussions and I will look to follow them through with Pawar and Butt in the coming days so we can identify the best means of coming up with a recommendation on where the matches originally scheduled to take place in Pakistan can be held,” Morgan said after the meeting.
